Refund policy

At Jawara Modest, we want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once you have notified us, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items must be returned in their original condition and must not be washed, altered, damaged or worn beyond what is necessary to check the fit and appearance. Please take care when trying on your items and avoid make-up, perfume, deodorant, body products, stains, odours or other marks. If an item is returned with signs of excessive wear, use or damage that reduces its value, the refund amount may be reduced.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. We currently do not offer exchanges; if you would like another size or colour, you can return the eligible item and place a new order, subject to availability.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. If your parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, an additional delivery charge may apply before it is resent.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us so we can assist and raise the issue with the delivery carrier where necessary. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate so we can resolve the issue.
